WINE & GO STUDIO \u2013 GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n

Effective from: March 1, 2025<\/strong><\/p>\n

1. Introduction<\/h3>\n

1.1. These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as “GTC”) apply to accommodation bookings made through the wineandgo.hu website, operated by Wine & Go Studio (hereinafter referred to as “Service Provider”).<\/p>\n

1.2. By using the booking system, the guest (hereinafter referred to as “Guest”) accepts the terms and conditions set out in these GTC.<\/p>\n

2. Booking Process<\/h3>\n

2.1. Bookings are made online through the wineandgo.hu website.<\/p>\n

2.2. The Guest is required to provide accurate information during the booking process. The Service Provider assumes no responsibility for incorrect data provided by the Guest.<\/p>\n

2.3. To finalize the booking, an automatic confirmation email will be sent. The booking becomes valid upon receipt of this confirmation.<\/p>\n

3. Payment Terms<\/h3>\n

3.1. The following payment methods are available during the booking process:<\/p>\n

  • Credit card payment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    4. Cancellation Policy<\/h3>\n

    4.1. Free cancellation is available until the deadline specified in the booking confirmation.<\/p>\n

    4.2. If the cancellation occurs after the free cancellation deadline or in case of a no-show, a specified percentage of the booking amount will be charged, depending on the offer.<\/p>\n

    5. Check-in and Check-out<\/h3>\n

    5.1. Check-in is available from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is required by 10:00 on the day of departure.<\/p>\n

    5.2. Late check-out is possible upon prior agreement and for an additional fee.<\/p>\n

    6. Liability<\/h3>\n

    6.1. The Guest is required to use the accommodation properly and responsibly.<\/p>\n

    6.2. The Guest is fully financially responsible for any damages caused.<\/p>\n

    7. Data Processing<\/h3>\n

    7.1. The personal data provided during the booking process is processed by the Service Provider solely for the purpose of managing the booking and fulfilling legal obligations.<\/p>\n

    7.2. The detailed rules of data processing are outlined in the Privacy Policy.<\/p>\n

    8. Miscellaneous Provisions<\/h3>\n

    8.1. Any matters not regulated in these GTC shall be governed by the applicable Hungarian laws.<\/p>\n

    8.2. In case of any legal disputes, the Parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the Hungarian courts.<\/p>\n
