2. How does the booking process work?

Enter the number of guests, select your arrival and departure dates on the calendar, and choose any extra services you’d like (e.g., breakfast, parking pass). Then, select your preferred payment method. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details.

3. How long can we stay at Wine&Go Studio?

The apartment is available for both short and long stays, but a minimum booking of 2 nights is required.

4. Will I receive confirmation once my payment is received?

Yes, after a successful booking and payment, we will send you a confirmation email.

5. Terms for bookings made through third-party platforms

The booking and cancellation policies outlined here also apply to guests booking via other online travel agencies. In case of discrepancies between information on wineandgo.hu and third-party websites, the details on our official website take precedence. We do not take responsibility for any discrepancies or damages resulting from such differences.

6. Until when can I cancel my reservation free of charge?

You can cancel free of charge up to 15 days before arrival. If you cancel within 15 days before arrival, 50% of the paid amount will be refunded.

7. What payment methods are accepted?

8. How is the local tourist tax (IFA) handled?

The tourist tax is 750 Ft per person per night and must be paid directly to the accommodation provider. This tax applies only to guests over 18 years old.

9. Where can I park?

Wine&Go Studio is located in the heart of Eger, so here’s how parking works:

• Upon arrival and departure, you can stop in front of the building for a few minutes to unload/load your luggage.
• A secured parking garage is available just a 4-minute walk from the apartment.
