WINE & GO STUDIO – GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Effective from: March 1, 2025
1. Introduction
1.1. These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as “GTC”) apply to accommodation bookings made through the wineandgo.hu website, operated by Wine & Go Studio (hereinafter referred to as “Service Provider”).
1.2. By using the booking system, the guest (hereinafter referred to as “Guest”) accepts the terms and conditions set out in these GTC.
2. Booking Process
2.1. Bookings are made online through the wineandgo.hu website.
2.2. The Guest is required to provide accurate information during the booking process. The Service Provider assumes no responsibility for incorrect data provided by the Guest.
2.3. To finalize the booking, an automatic confirmation email will be sent. The booking becomes valid upon receipt of this confirmation.
3. Payment Terms
3.1. The following payment methods are available during the booking process:

4. Cancellation Policy
4.1. Free cancellation is available until the deadline specified in the booking confirmation.
4.2. If the cancellation occurs after the free cancellation deadline or in case of a no-show, a specified percentage of the booking amount will be charged, depending on the offer.
5. Check-in and Check-out
5.1. Check-in is available from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is required by 10:00 on the day of departure.
5.2. Late check-out is possible upon prior agreement and for an additional fee.
6. Liability
6.1. The Guest is required to use the accommodation properly and responsibly.
6.2. The Guest is fully financially responsible for any damages caused.
7. Data Processing
7.1. The personal data provided during the booking process is processed by the Service Provider solely for the purpose of managing the booking and fulfilling legal obligations.
7.2. The detailed rules of data processing are outlined in the Privacy Policy.
8. Miscellaneous Provisions
8.1. Any matters not regulated in these GTC shall be governed by the applicable Hungarian laws.
8.2. In case of any legal disputes, the Parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the Hungarian courts.
