Please take good care of the Wine&Go Studio so that when you return, we can welcome you in the same beautiful condition and high standard, ensuring a peaceful and relaxing stay.
Arrival and Departure
You can check into the Wine&Go Studio from 14:00. Please let us know your expected arrival time in advance. On the day of departure, please vacate the Studio by 10:00. You can access both the building and the Studio independently using the keypad. I will send your personal entry code one day before arrival. During your stay, you will also have access cards so that you don’t have to use the code every time at the entrance.
Tourist Tax
The tourist tax is 750 Ft per person per night, payable for each started night after arrival. The tax applies only to guests over 18 years old.
Parking
The Wine&Go Studio is located in the heart of the city center, so here is how I can help with parking: Upon arrival and departure, feel free to stop briefly in front of the building while loading or unloading. A few minutes from the Studio, I rent a secured parking garage for guests at a rate of 1,500 Ft/day. The address of the parking garage: Eger, Katona Square Parking House (about 4 minutes on foot). Opening hours: every day from 06:00 to 22:00.
Dining – breakfast, lunch, dinner nearby
The Wine&Go Studio is self-catering and equipped with a fully equipped kitchen. Please use the kitchen and the balcony for meals. Do not place any metal objects in the microwave!
BREAKFAST
If you would like a delicious breakfast, I warmly recommend Dopamin Juice & Spirit Bar, located just 1 minute from the Studio. You can enjoy breakfast and lunch here, with a selection of excellent coffees, smoothies, syrups, juices, shakes, pâtés, croissants, sandwiches, bruschetta, salads, and chia puddings. You also receive a 10% discount on your total bill.
A few steps away, I also recommend Kávésdoboz Coffee & Deli, offering sourdough pastries, breakfast dishes, and specialty products. You will find a Kávésdoboz discount card in the apartment for coffee and deli items—please take it with you when visiting.
LUNCH, DINNER
The best restaurant in town, the Michelin 2022, 2023, 2024 Bib Gourmand-awarded Macok Bistro, offers a 10% discount on the total bill with a special code. It’s recommended to make a reservation in advance.
Heating, Air Conditioning
You will find a thermostat on the wall in the living room to control the heating. The radiators do not need manual adjustment. The air conditioning can be operated with the remote control found in the living room. Please turn off the air conditioner whenever you leave the Studio so it does not cool the apartment unnecessarily.
Staying with Small Children
Feel free to come as a family—there is enough space in the Studio for a mobile baby cot for children aged 0–4. You will find a baby bath, high chair, toys, and a mobile baby bed can be provided upon request. Baby food can be warmed in the microwave.
Washing Machine, Dryer
In the kitchen, you will find the washing machine and dryer, which you are welcome to use. Laundry detergent is located under the sink.
Dishwasher
The convenient countertop dishwasher is perfect for 2–3 people and can be used after each meal. Dishwasher tablets can be found under the sink.
Coffee Machine, Kettle
In the spacious kitchen, we’ve created a coffee corner with a high table and a Nespresso machine, including capsules and a milk frother. If you prefer tea, you’ll find a kettle, 5–6 types of tea bags, and brown sugar.
TV, WIFI
The Wine&Go Studio has a smart TV with Netflix available—you can access it using your own account. After turning on the TV, wait a few moments and select the SMART HUB button to choose Netflix. Wi-Fi is available. The username and password can be found inside the Studio.
Cold and Hot Water, Drinking Tap Water
The Studio provides unlimited cold and hot water. Tap water is drinkable, though Eger’s water is slightly harder than what you might be used to.
Use of Furnishings
Please use all furnishings appropriately. Cushions and accessories belonging to the balcony furniture should not be left outside in the rain or overnight.
Plants in the Apartment, Hallway, Balcony
All plants are alive and cared for by us.
Order and Peace
You will receive the Wine&Go Studio clean, so please keep it tidy. Be considerate of neighbors, and respect quiet hours between 23:00–8:00. Parties and events are strictly prohibited in the Studio!
Cleaning
Daily cleaning is available upon request. For longer stays, weekly cleaning with linen and towel change is provided at a pre-arranged time. Extra cleaning can be requested when booking.
Pets
The Wine&Go Studio is pet-friendly. Due to the layout, we can accommodate one dog, cat, etc. Please inform us during booking if you are bringing a pet. Don’t forget to bring your pet’s own bed. Pets must not be left unattended in the Studio. Any damage caused by pets must be covered by the guests.
Liability
Guests are financially responsible for any damage resulting from improper use of the Wine&Go Studio or violation of the House Rules. A safe is available in the bedroom, but the Studio is not liable for your valuables.
Smoking
Smoking is not allowed in the Studio, but you may smoke on the balcony.
